The people who’ll be on your side
We are specialist housing disrepair solicitors — it is all we do, and we have done it since 1984. When you instruct us, a named member of this team handles your matter, and every page of legal content on this site is written or reviewed by one of them.
Directors
Antony Hodari
Managing Director
Antony founded the firm in 1984 and has led it for more than four decades. The practice he built predates much of the legislation tenants now rely on, and his name remains a mark of the firm’s founding commitment: acting for tenants, not landlords.
Stephen Lund
Director & CEO
A qualified accountant with over 20 years’ PQE, Stephen joined Antony Hodari in 2011, becoming CEO in 2017. He led the firm’s re-entry into housing litigation in 2018, combining commercial and financial discipline with a specialist focus on tenants’ rights.
Emma Rees
Director
Emma joined Antony Hodari in 1997 and qualified as a solicitor in 2000. She has a passion for driving the best results for tenants.
Tony Pope
Director
Tony is a chartered accountant and auditor of long and distinguished standing, now in his fourth decade post-qualification. In his second spell with the firm, he brings that considerable experience to bear in overseeing costs and the central support functions.
