Claims management companies
Information for regulated claims management companies on how we work with introducers, and the compliance standards we require before entering into any referral arrangement.
How we work with introducers
Antony Hodari Solicitors is a firm of solicitors authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. We are not a claims management company, and any relationship we enter into with an introducer must comply with the SRA Standards and Regulations, including the rules on referral arrangements, client information and independence.
Where a client is referred to us, our duty is to that client alone. We will always tell clients about any referral arrangement that applies to their matter, our advice is never influenced by the source of the introduction, and we will not accept referrals generated through cold calling or any marketing practice that breaches FCA or SRA requirements.
The firm needs to confirm its actual introducer stance before this page publishes: whether CMC referrals are currently accepted, whether referral fees are paid, and the wording of any client disclosure. The copy on this page is written to be accurate under either position but is deliberately non-committal until confirmed.
The standards we require
Before we enter into any arrangement with an introducer, we carry out due diligence. As a minimum, we require:
We review arrangements regularly and will end any relationship that falls short of these standards.
